Trippen orders are delivered Monday to Friday between 9 am to 5 pm. As every order is unique, shipping costs will vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of your chosen items.
Shoes which are in stock could be dispatched within five working days of receiving your order. The styles which are not in stock may take up to six to eight weeks. You will receive detailed information on the approximate delivery date in a personal email from our customer service.
No claims shall be recognized for delays in delivery or loss of goods. International customers purchase at their own risk. Trippen cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approval, though we will try to minimize any potential delays.
The price you pay to Trippen will exclude all relevant import duties and sales taxes. As the recipient of the order, the customer must instead pay these duties and taxes directly to our carrier to release the order from customs. As we are unable to advise the exact amount, we recommend contacting your local customs office or tax authority before placing the order.
